All contracts, deliveries, and other services are subject to the following general terms and conditions.

We hereby expressly object to deviating provisions of the contractual partner. We are entitled at any time to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions, including any attachments, with a reasonable notice period. Previously received orders will be processed in accordance with the then still valid old general terms and conditions.

Conclusion Of Contract

The contract between the customers and the company Quiescence is only concluded when an order from the customer and its acceptance by the company Quiescence has been processed. Orders from customers are placed online in the form provided on the internet and are confirmed by an email by Quiescence. After the customer has entered his personal data and presses the Send button, the order has been placed.

Delivery

Delivery takes place from stock from the company. If the non-compliance with a delivery or service period is due to force, industrial dispute, unforeseeable obstacles, or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline will be extended appropriately. Damage claims arising from delays, impossibilities, or non-performance, even if they arose prior to termination from the contract, are barred. In the event of a refusal of acceptance, it is up to the company to withdraw from the contract. Our items are checked for quality and packed particularly safely so that you get a perfect product. If transport damage has nevertheless occurred, please let us know immediately.

Improvements And Changes

Quiescence reserves the right to carry out product changes that serve to improve quality from the manufacturer’s point of view, even without prior notice. We reserve the right to make mistakes with product descriptions and prices.

Right Of Withdrawal

You have the right to terminate this contract without having to give us a reason within a certain period of time. The revocation period begins on the day you or a third person you specify, who is not the operator, takes ownership of the goods.

You must notify us in order to practice your right of withdrawal.
